When times are hard, or we feel rushed off our feet, and close to breaking down it is difficult to know how and what to change in order to make things better. So, at Learn Your Flow we have designed this blog to help those who wish to learn more about how to incorporate various self- care practices into their lives.
But what does self-care mean?
Self-care is all about taking time out to care for yourself. This can include nurturing your physical, emotional, and spiritual needs. Learn Your Flow will discuss different examples of self-care such as meditation, yoga, life coaching skills and many other topics that can lead you to inner peace.
So why ‘Flow’?
A flow state of mind can be reached by anyone and is the feeling of being immersed in an activity without thoughts or judgments about their performance. Flow can lead us into being in the present moment which can help reduce stress and anxiety. You can become more relaxed by not worrying about the past or the future. As stated above Learn Your Flow will not just cover a state of flow but spark up conversations around many different self-care practices.
